How did Korea Achieve Economic Development?
A country getting Official Development Assistance (ODA) 50 years ago have changed to giving out ODA to other country. The one and the only country have changed to opposite position which is the Republic of Korea. In this article, I will be giving out 3 reasons of economic development in Korea, a reason of change in ODA position. These 3 reasons are a high demand on education, a government led development and a diligent attitude of people.
First of all, parents sacrificed their life to educate the children. We call children a hope of the future. And Korean did know the fact that children are the hope of Korea. Therefore, even though parents didn't have much to eat, they made children to go to school and learn to change the future. A high demand on education had changed a future of Korea. A baby boom generation who were born in 1950s has been leading the development of Korea from 1970s until now. Also, their children are changing the country now.
Secondly, the government had led the development in 1970s. Under the authoritarian government of Park Jung-hee, Korean society made a base of development such as a highway and changed their mind to 'We can do it' sprit. Under the Park's regime, Korea's economic development rate was over 9% per year. His regime might have done awful works in his last few years in Human rights. But, in terms of economy, Korea did develop with government led business and construction.
Thirdly, but most important aspect of development is diligent attitude of people. Korean people are famous for hard-working around the world. In the 1970s, some workers were sent to Germany as a nurse and a mine-worker. From the salary of dispatched worker, Korean government could get the dollar from German government to prosper Korean economy. Also, in Korea, workers had worked harder than other countries' worker which led Korean economy. Hard working culture has a downside in current days. Nonetheless, we cannot ignore of diligence in Korean economic development.
Thanks to older generation who have sacrificed to educate the children and worked hard to prosper the country under the government led economy, we can live in a one of a highest standard around the world. Notwithstanding the downside of the listed reasons of development, Korean economy is one of the top 10 countries in the world. Don't you want to be a next leading generation in Korean economy? We need to make a new aspect of prosperity. It's up to you to prosper Korean economy.
What a nice piece of writing. It is very easy to see the cause and the effect of how the Korea achieve economic development. You put three of your body into the cause and It looks very good. Especially at the conclusion, 'Don't you want to be a next leading generation in Korean economy?' this gives big impact to me.

First, at first of the begining you wrote, country getting O...do we have to write in past tense? and also in the second paragraph, how about writing changed their mind into the spirit of...instead of your writting. That will be more clear for your writting. Anyway it was good writing and I was happy to read it.
