Causes of happiness
Everyone seeks happiness. Some even regard it as a life-long pursuit. The writing habit can help bring happiness. Having a habit of writing plans regularly, keeping a dairy and often writing to friends and families are the ways to be happy.
Believe it or not, having a habit of writing plans regularly is one way to find happiness. Although life is full of surprising and highly variable, we should make plans to achieve a high-quality life. Plans include short-term goals and long-term objectives. Short-terms also contain schedules. By making schedules and short-term goals, procrastinated students know when the deadline is, they can accomplish the assignment on time, which is more possible for them to get a satisfying score and finish the academic term without regrets. By making long-term objectives, businessmen are more motivate to make profit, knowing clearly that there would be a big success in the future.
Keeping a diary is another way to be happy. "Today I received a compliment from my teacher." It seems meaningless to record little nothings of life, however, if you leaf through such "meaningless things" especially when you are frustrated, it's a way to make sure happiness do exist in your life. Contrarily, if you look back the hard times in your diary when you live a happy life, you learn "Sunshine comes after the storm." You will be thankful all the difficulties you have gotten through, realizing they are the unavoidable steps to take you to happiness.
Writing to your families and friends put your closer to happiness because it is a romantic and rational way to keep touch with them. Take me as an instance, I am a impulsive person with little patience. It is easy for me to say something not pleased when calling my families and friends if we have some different opinions. Writing a message or emails just provides me a more suitable way to express myself. It is possible to think twice before saying. Meanwhile, it offers more time to them to understand my words.
In conclusion, Having a habit of writing plans regularly, keeping a dairy and often writing to friends and families are the ways to be happy. Writing is no wonder a necessary skill to seek happiness.
