The Good of Free downloading and Sharing
Why do people download music off the internet? They may download music for the profit, for the pleasure or for any other reasons? Unless people use the file to earn the profit, downloading music files off the internet have more good than harm. People shouldn't use the file for the profit. Then, downloading and sharing have 3 good reasons as for the poor, measuring the fan and spread of music itself.
First of all, there are people who cannot afford to buy a CDs. Even if they fancy the artists, the poor can't listen to the music of the musician because of their poverty. Some musicians say that even if they can't get the money from downloading off the internet, they are okay with this action. Because the poor can still be pleased with their music, it is okay for them to download off the internet.
Secondly, downloading the music shows how much the musician is loved by the people. The artists live with the fan's love from the people. However, there are many people who wouldn't listen to the music without the free downloading off the internet. Therefore, this action actually helps musician as well as the downloader.
Thirdly, with free downloading off the internet, the artists' music spread more than without the internet. People may not listen to the music without the internet. An advanced technology in present day help musician to spread their music. From downloading the internet, people may become their fan to buy the CDs or visit the concert next time. There are many good reasons to musician in free downloading.
Many people are against downloading and sharing the music off the internet. Even if they protect their profits and intellectual rights in internet, an artist cannot be an artist without a fan. With 3 reasons above, for the poor people, measurement of an artists' fan and over spreading the music, free downloading and sharing the music of the internet is good.
